Cross-Stover Sales is a result of the merger between Cliff Cross Company and Stover Enterprises.  The combination represents 58 years of experience to the HVAC/R industry.

Cliff Cross Company was established in 1948 as an OEM rep agency.  Dick started the wholesale division in 1963.  The original company sold heating controls to the OEM furnace manufacturer.  In 1963, the wholesale division was established to promote after market sales through the HVAC/R wholesalers in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and Michigan.  Two of the original manufacturers are still represented by our company.

Rod Stover entered the HVAC/R field as heating, air conditioning and plumbing service contractor.  After 10 years, he sold the service business and entered the manufacturers representative field as Stover Enterprises.  One of the original manufacturers are still represented by our company.

Cross-Stover Sales, Inc. was created in 1989 from two companies that are dedicated to the HVAC/R industry.  Our company works closely with the wholesale distributor, the service contractor and the manufacturers that we represent.

Cross-Stover Sales maintains an 8,000 square foot office/warehouse in New London, Ohio.  The inside sales and warehouse operation is managed by Jeff Thomas.
